Chinese, Russian Cities In Talks To Open Visa-free Road Travel

HARBIN, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) — Chinese language and Russian travellers are anticipated to learn from a visa-free coverage for cross-border journey between Heihe in northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province and Blagoveshchensk, capital of Russia’s Amur State.
